I have a bright single bedroom (small, but has a double bed) available to rent in my two-bedroom property. There is a shared bathroom.
The house benefits from a newly decorated living room, a large kitchen area, and a lovely garden with attractive outdoor furnishings – perfect for relaxing in warmer months.
The property is ideally located close to the A45, making it very convenient for major employers such as Severn Trent, JLR, and Aston Martin. I’m around a 25-minute walk from the train station, and there are plenty of bus routes nearby.
Nearby, you’ll find a BP M&S garage, a Miller & Carter, and several other pubs and amenities within easy walking distance. There is also lots of free on-street parking available right outside the house.
A bit about me: I’m a professional and work from home most of the time, though I do occasionally work evening shifts. I also have a friendly three-year-old dog who gets on well with other dogs, so dog lovers are very welcome.
I’m happy to consider someone staying seven days a week, although my preference would be for a midweek let.
