The rooms available are large double rooms . Excellent views over the Clent Hills and very privately located in a gated development Security code acccess.

There is a Top floor bathroom which is fitted with a power shower and ceramic bath.

There is also a garage and parking. Within walking distance of the house there are numerous bars, shops and restaurants.

The geography of the house means it is also on the belt of the beautiful worcestershire countryside, so the best of both worlds! The house is also centrally located for Dudley, Cradley Heath, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Worcester and Sandwell. I

. The way the house is set out means that each floor is very spacious & allows for privacy for each tenant.

Zowie met me for my viewing and showed me around. The room was immaculate as was the rest of the house and garden.
She explained everything to me and I moved in a week later.
It was a lovely place to live, very quiet, spacious and an ideal place for commuting to work. Train station 1 min walk.
Zowie is a very kind and caring landlady and location is a great place to live..
