En-suite room, house is empty most of the week :)

Hi! I'm looking for a housemate in full-time work to share a house in a lovely area close to Sutton Park.

The house has a spacious shared kitchen and living room, three bathrooms, an extra storage room and a small garden.

I value cleanliness and a peaceful home, and I'm an easy-going, understanding person to live with. I'm out most of the time, either at university or at work, so I'm usually only home late evenings and some Sundays.
