Due to relocation a clean and very spacious, self contained, partly furnished room....sofa bed, (if required), robe, drawers, chaise, washing machine, fridge & microwave has become available within our shared home, this will be available mid- December. Bills are included.

A well maintained, safe and clean property, conveniently located within walking distance of Chester Rd station (cross city line) and Boldmere/Wylde Green; both of which host plenty of fabulous eateries/shops. Off road secure parking is available.

Current housemates my partner (m) and myself (f) ground floor and 1 x female, located on the top floor. The room and bathroom is located on the middle floor of the house.

We are a working household and would welcome a respectful, like-minded person to join us. Please note suitable for 1 x person only.

NHS staff welcomed. Convenient for both Good Hope Hospital & Queen Elizabeth (cross city line)

Non-smokers. Sorry no pets.

References both work and landlord (if applicable) are required. As is a £300 deposit & 1 months rent in advance. Viewings can be arranged as house mate is flexible.
