Two spacious and comfortable ground floor rooms , available in a well-connected part of Sutton Coldfield.

The accommodation includes a 1 large living room/bedroom overlooking the patio and small garden, kitchen and access to shower room, and a separate workspace with a desk, ideal for working, studying or general use. The second is a sunny double-room overlooking the driveway.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dining table and plenty of storage.

The property is just off the main road, while still being only a short walk from the high street and a wide range of local amenities, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, post office and other everyday facilities.

Wylde Green train station is around a 5-minute walk away, providing very convenient connections into Birmingham and onwards across the UK. Sutton Park is also nearby.

Flexible Accommodation

We are open to different circumstances and different types of occupants. There is no specific preference regarding gender, employment status, profession, student status or similar.

Single occupants, couples, people working locally, people between homes, those needing temporary accommodation, or people with other circumstances are all welcome to enquire.

Short-term stays are preferred, although the arrangement can be flexible depending on your circumstances and the length of stay. A 28-day rolling arrangement is generally the most suitable, although weekday, weekend and other arrangements may also be considered.

No deposit is required.

Two monthly payments are payable at the beginning of the stay. If at least 28 days’ notice is provided before leaving, the final month of the stay will be free of charge, subject to the agreed terms.

Important – Live-In Landlord

Please note this is a live-in landlord property, and the accommodation is not offered on a completely exclusive-access basis.

The landlord will occasionally need to pass through the kitchen to access the garden, as this is the only route through. The washing machine is also shared.

These arrangements will be clearly explained at the viewing and included in the agreement.
