Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is less than a minute's walk to bus stops, 5 minutes' walk to Reedswood Park, and 13 minutes’ walk to Reedswood Shopping Complex, with stores such as Sainsbury's, B&M, Food Warehouse and Matalan. A good walking exercise of 23 minutes will get you to Walsall Manor Hospital.

Single or Double room?

The large double room overlooking the back garden (available 7 September, see the video and the first four photos, £120 p/w or £520 pcm), has a king-size bed, many cupboards and ample wardrobe space. (for a single person or married couple/mature family members, working professionals/mature students with different pricing, based on house requirements.

The single room (photos 8 and 9) has a single bed. The ample storage provided by the wall-to-wall , built-in wardrobe compensates for the limited leg space. It's ideal for Monday to Friday and short lets for someone who doesn't need much walking space.

Requirements: Evidence of work, two personal references and a photo ID will be taken. Then, a lodger agreement will be signed by both parties. Everyone is responsible for keeping all parts of the house clean and tidy via a Rota. Monthly payment will be preferred for long-stayers. Fortnightly or monthly payment.
