The house has two bathrooms/toilets and one kitchen. All areas are kept sparkling clean and need to be so maintained by all.

Double/Single Room

The double room (last three photos and the video, £125 per week, (currently available) has a king-size bed, many cupboards, and wardrobe space across two walls. It overlooks the back garden.

The single room (£100 per week, available 30 November) overlooks the front garden, has a single bed and little space, as most of the space has been taken by the wall-to-wall built-in wardrobes, which have ample storage space to compensate for the limited space. The room is ideal for someone who doesn't need much walking space but happy with plenty of compensatory storage space.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the local park (Reedswood) the motorway network, and local shops such as Sainsbury's are about 13 minutes away . It's less than a minute's walk to bus stops and close enough to Walsall Manor Hospital.

Weekly pay will work well for short-stayers but monthly would be preferred for long-stayers, worked over 52 weeks.

Evidence of work, a personal reference, as well as a photo ID will be taken, and a lodger agreement will be signed by both parties.
