The house has two bathrooms/toilets.

This single room (£100 per week, currently available) has a single bed and little space, as most of the space has been taken by the wall-to-wall built-in wardrobe, which has ample storage space to compensate for the limited space. The room is ideal for Monday to Friday and short lets as well as for someone who doesn't need much walking space (though with plenty of compensatory storage space).

The last two photos are for the large double room (£125 per week, available from 23 June). The large room has a king-size bed, many cupboards, and wardrobe space across two walls. It overlooks the garden.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the local park (Reedswood), the motorway network, and local shops (Sainsbury's is about 13 minutes' walk). It's less than a minute's walk to bus stops. It's close enough to Walsall Manor Hospital too.

Two references (work and personal), as well as a photo ID, are taken, and a lodger agreement will be signed by both parties.
