Hi guys I have a double en-suite furnished bedroom to let in my house. Massive built in wardrobe and chest of drawers also available in the room. The bedroom have lockable handles for peace of mind. There are three toilets in the house. The rent includes all bills including internet. Plenty of parking space in the development for a car. Walking distance to Sandwell Hospital and New square shopping centre. Bus stop is literally 2 min from the house with busses to Birmingham City Centre. Easy access to M5 and M6. I would require 2 weeks deposit and one month rent in advance. Viewing is recommended to appreciate the room and the house. We are a family of three and would prefer to share our house with a female Tennant as my wife observes hijab 🧕.
