I have one room for rent in a private and quiet estate in Willenhall new invention. The home is newly renovated to a high standard with white walls and new carpets. This must be respected.
The property benifits from large catering kitchen , two showers , large private driveways with cctv, back garden with conservatory and always warm and cosy.
This is one room for one person! No friend , family or partners!!!
No pets or smoking indoors!!
The room is furnished with double ottoman bed. Chest of drews and 75” tv to be kept as is.
The ideal occupant would be clean and tidy!!! A professional working normal hours. Ideally someone who either wants long term rental or somebody saving for their own home.
This is a contractless rental that can be terminated at anytime with one weeks notice by either party. That said if you’re not at fault I’m not the kind to leave you stranded with no place to go.
I’m an Indian lady. Working professional that works mostly from home. I rent a room to an English male that’s been in the property for 5 years now.
This is not your typical room rent house share. The property is fitted out to a high standard with boutique style bathrooms.
The main areas are complete but I am still in the process of the home being finished so work is ongoing atm soon to be complete.
