We're offering a double furnished room for a single professional as a lodger in our family home. Whilst the room is not ensuite, the bathroom is a few steps away from the room.

The house is 1.7mi from Coseley Rail Station + Park & Ride, 2.1mi Priestfield Tram Station + Park & Ride. Bus stops directly to Birmingham New Street Station and Wolverhampton City Centre.

The room comes with access to a large garden, conservatory and well equipped kitchen. Potential housemate's can interact as little or as much as they like with current occupants i. e my mother and I, just a level of mutual respect is all we ask.

My mother is retired business woman, modern outlook and easy going.
I am a working professional.
Bills can be inclusive dependant on your usage. We currently we keep bills to a minimum being rather energy conscious given the current climate. I appreciate not everyone is the same and as such, you're welcome to pay more so suit your own comfort.
