There is also two shared lounges, kitchen, utility room and BBQ area.

I live here with my 14 year old son, our two beautiful friendly dogs and a cat, so pet lovers only. Happy to discuss pets at additional cost.

The house is set in a stunning setting of a mix between formal gardens and paddocks. There is direct access to bridle path which leads to several gorgeous country walks. We are situated on the outskirts of Billingshurst and approx 20 minute walk to the high street or a 3 minute drive away or 5 minute drive to the railway station.

There is plenty of room on the private gated driveway for vehicles.

Our preference would be a Monday-Friday let but happy to discuss weekends also, at an additional cost and am happy to discuss adhoc night lettings at a variable rate.

We would prefer single professionals, but we are open to discussing couples or students.
