At the moment I'm giving most rooms a splash of fresh paint, adding more colours to jazz it up.
Just a 10 minute walk to the seafront and 5 minute walk to the train station, tucked away in a quiet street. The house interior kitchen /bed rooms, bathroom and lounge areas are all 5 years old. Looking for a housemate for double attic room for £650 the room has great storage cupboards along both sides. A chest of drawers under the stairs for extra storage will be included.
There is a Small garden for some outside space at the back of the house There are 2 lounges which are open plan, could be divided with a sliding door which leads onto the kitchen.
Double room will be available on the 15th of December. There maybe some movement on this date.
All bills are included.

There is a friendly/shy house cat that was adopted last year that lives here too. So ideally you need to be happy with her and and quite like cats. If you shut your door she won't go in.

Ideally looking for a team player respectful, keeps the noise level low in the evening due to work early in the mornings.
Help keep the shared areas clean/tidy and pays the rent on time.
Pay the rent on time on the 1st of every month. Simple.
There will be a cleaning rota so everything is shared out fairly.

I've not taken images of the bedroom as it is in use at the moment.
Am looking to start viewings from the 20th of October.

We are respectful in the evenings, we understand people may have an early start in the morning.
No music playing before 10AM or after 9PM, so we all get a lay in and a peaceful evening.
