Just a 10 minute walk to the seafront and 5 minute walk to the train station, tucked away in a quiet street. The house interior kitchen /bed rooms, bathroom and lounge areas are only a few years old. Looking for a housemate for double attic room for £600
Width of bedroom 3 metres not included the storage cupboards.
Length 3.3 metres
The room has great storage cupboards along both sides. Also extra storage space will be included. Just outside the room in a full length build in wardrobe with draws.
The king bedframe and mattress will be staying in the room, so no need to bring a bed.
There is a loft door, so you get a good night's sleep in private.
There is a Small garden for some outside space at the back of the house, 2 lounges which are open plan, could be divided with a sliding door which leads onto the kitchen.
Double room will be available on the 10th of February.
All bills are included.

There is a friendly/shy house cat that was adopted last year that lives here too. So ideally you need to be happy with her and and quite like cats. If you shut your door she won't go in.

Ideally looking for a team player respectful, keeps the noise level low in the evenings.
Help keep the shared areas clean/tidy and pays the rent on time.
This is due on the 1st of every month.

Am looking to start viewings in early Feb.

No music playing before 10AM or after 9PM, so we all get a lay in and a peaceful evening.
