I’m Jas, current housemate in this lovely 2 bedroom home available end of *JULY*

New windows throughout the property. Room will have a fresh coat of paint before you move in.

Really nice quiet location, close to everything you need - chi is about 15 min drive, Bognor station is less than 10 mins away and the beach is less than 15 mins. I have three affectionate and curious 2-year-old cat babies (Yumyan, Meelo and Salem). Cat lovers encouraged 😻

Huge kitchen, dining room and living room. Good sized bathroom. JBL speakers throughout the property you’re welcome to connect with if you’re a music lover too. Both our rooms are pretty much the same size. Your room is the warmest room on the house as it’s south facing.

Huge driveway and off road parking if you have a car. Super friendly neighbours.

We have a hammock in the back garden, fake grass and an apple tree and palm tree. I’m working on tidying up the garden so it’s more enjoyable for us!

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, you let me know.

Seeking a female housemate to enjoy the space with for 6 month’s minimum, someone clean and tidy - we’ll make a cleaning rota when you’re settled. I wouldn’t really like another pet in the property. No students please im sorry :(

Preference for a single person but will consider a couple for £900pcm.
