Furnished Double Bedroom with en-suite & parking

Me: easy going, chatty, but enjoys the peace and quiet, I love my house and happy to share with the right person.

I don’t mind if you are a professional or student. I’m ex NHS.
I am open to those who may want the room for two or three days a week: Monday to Friday; students, or those needing a room all week for a while.

House: Located on the edge of North Bersted. The house is within 2 minutes of bus stop with regular buses about every 10 minutes to Chichester or Bognor.
It is 4 miles from centre of Chichester and 2 miles from centre of Bognor Regis. Beach is 2 miles away.

New House in a private development of 8 houses. Electric gates, so secure. There is a dedicated parking space outside the house should you need one.

The room is suitable for a SINGLE person. You will have your own double bedroom with a double bed. The room has a wardrobe with shelving, 2 x small bedside cabinets with drawers. There is extra space under bed in spare bedroom to store suitcases. Next to the bedroom is your own bathroom which has bath and shower in it.

You will have unlimited access to the kitchen/ dining room which is fully equipped (washing machine etc etc). There is also a small comfy chair in the bay window of dining bit which everyone seems to love sitting in. Also fibre broadband.

I will require a deposit; two references from previous landlord and current employer/university
