**The annexe benefits from its own separate private entrance**, allowing lodgers to come and go independently without passing through the main house.

The annexe also has its own bathroom, complete with a bathtub, handheld shower attachment, washbasin and toilet. The bathroom is shared only between the two rooms.

Each furnished bedroom will have its own fridge, while a microwave and kettle will be provided in a designated communal area for preparing light refreshments and simple microwave meals.

Please note that there is no conventional kitchen in the annexe, and use of the main household kitchen is not included. The accommodation would particularly suit a working professional who generally eats out or is comfortable with simple meal arrangements.
