Lovely furnished double room available in a clean, comfortable two-bedroom home.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table, as well as large double mirrored fitted wardrobes offering plenty of storage. The room also has shutters on the windows.

You’ll have your own bathroom, with the kitchen and living areas shared with me.

£1,000 per month including bills.
Street parking available.
Single occupancy only.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate, and who wants somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room to rent. I like to keep the house clean and relaxed, so ideally I’d like someone with a similar mindset.

I also have a lovely British Shorthair cat, Reggie 🐱. He is an indoor/house cat and does not go outside, so it’s really important that whoever lives here is comfortable with cats and is mindful when opening doors and windows so he can’t accidentally get out.

It would be a massive bonus to find someone who genuinely likes cats and would be happy to occasionally look after Reggie if I’m away, although this would always be agreed beforehand rather than being an expectation.

I’m friendly and sociable and would love to live with someone I get along with, but I also really value having our own space and being respectful of each other’s routines.

Ideally looking for someone who works outside of the home, as unfortunately I’m not looking for someone who regularly works from home.

Located on Kings Weald estate within 10 min walk of Burgess Hill and Wivelsfield station. Short drive to CAE. 5 min walk to co-op.

Flexible with the move in date as want to find the right person.
