Double room for rent in large house, quiet area

Double room for rent, with new double bed, otherwise unfurnished, short or long term considered, the house is detached and large, set in a quiet area in Burgess Hill. Ample private parking space in a safe neighbourhood, green space within 3 minutes walking, some storage space is available if needed, property is open plan and has 2 reception rooms downstairs with joined conservatory. My son (10 years old) lives with me for 3-4 nights per week most weeks. I usually work from home 3-4 days per week, and am looking for someone who is tidy and clean to share with. I have been a 'live in landlord' previously to a male lodger, and for contrast want to share with a female. The house is a 5 minute drive to shops, the nearest supermarkets are Tesco and Waitrose, Brighton Beach is 20 minute drive, the South Downs National Park is 10 minutes drive, the train station is a 25 minute walk.
