The house is currently shared with myself and my young daughter. I'm also expecting a baby boy in November, so this is a family home that will naturally become a little busier over the coming months.

I'm therefore looking for someone who is comfortable living alongside a young family and the normal sounds and routines that come with having a newborn, as well as being respectful, clean and considerate.

This isn't a typical busy house share. You'll have your own comfortable bedroom and private bathroom, with access to the shared areas when you want them.

I'm looking for a full-time working professional, ideally someone looking for a longer-term home.

A DBS certificate is required.

The location is convenient for commuting around Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Brighton, Gatwick and the surrounding areas.
