Bedroom is furnished, with 2 x wardrobes, double bed and lamp.

Property has off street parking (driveway) for 1 car and south facing very sunny garden. It’s located a 20 mins walk from both Burgess Hill and Wivelsfield train stations with direct trains to Brighton and London (Bridge and Victoria).

Landlord is technically live-in however I will be predominately living out of the country, returning for a few nights once a month (or every other month).

Looking for a professional, tidy and considerate housemate. Sorry no pets or children.
