Current household is 3 young professionals, aged 22-36. Two are working working in retail and one is an advisor for a mental health charity. This is a peaceful & chilled-out household, with friendly professionals enjoying the companionship of co-living. The household also includes a friendly cat, who belongs to one of the housemates.

Rent is inclusive of all utility bills, as well as Virgin Media TV, TV license, Council Tax and Virgin Internet. A cleaner visits once a fortnight, which is a complimentary service paid for by the landlord. The gardens are maintained by the landlord at not cost to the tenants.

The property benefits from two off-road parking spaces, and additional parking is free and ample on Winterbourne Road and Croft Mead, without the hassle of permits. There is also secure, covered storage for bicycles.

The landlords are Accredited Members of the National Residential Landlords' Association and are also Council Accredited. The property is run in accordance with their high standards for private residential lettings. The landlords are fully compliant for gas and electrical safety. You will be provided with a contract for your tenancy, and your deposit will be held in a government deposit protection scheme. You will not be charged any fees for your tenancy application or referencing.

The house is centrally heated throughout, with individual room thermostats.

Please Note: Our rooms are not allocated on a 'first-come-first-served' basis. We will always hold a number of viewings and will then select a candidate to be offered the room. We will choose the most suitable applicant for our landlord clients, based on financial/employment information. When making an offer we will also consider who would be the most suitable addition to an existing household. That decision will be based upon any express preferences of the existing housemates, including age, gender and hobbies/interests.
