Room would suit a working professional ( day time hours ) or a full time student .
Not suitable for working from home, or shift work.
No couples. No agencies . Female only.

Must be quiet , tidy, clean and respectful especially kitchen and bathroom, cleaning up straight after yourself, and other communal areas, so to keep the house nice for us all. No smoking / vaping.

You would be expected to chip in for necessities , ( bin liners, cleaning products, etc) as and when required.
All ( reasonable ) bills included.
