Not suitable for shift or home / study working, due to the nature of my job.
Must be quiet , tidy, clean and respectful especially kitchen and bathroom, cleaning up straight after yourself, and other communal areas, so to keep the house nice for us all. No smoking / vaping.

You would be expected to chip in for necessities , ( bin liners, cleaning products, etc) as and when required.
