YOUR HOUSEMATES
You’ll be sharing with 6 other housemates in their mid 20’s - late 30s, all working professionals (no students). Fully licensed for 7 housemates.

A quiet road with an easy walk or ride to the City and very close to Rolls Royce and St Richard’s Hospital. Parking available but, due to the current number of housemates' cars, an on-street permit may be required.

YOUR LANDLORDS
We are Kate and Rupert, experienced full time professional landlords, fully accredited, which means you can be confident that all admin, licensing and safety checks are done properly. We do regular maintenance checks and stay on top of maintenance issues. Any problems, we respond quickly and sort it out appropriately.

Damage deposit of £600 lodged with the Deposit Protection Scheme.

All applicants will be subject to a referencing process which they must pass in order to secure a tenancy.
