A double room available in a friendly and professional, bright and spacious four bedroomed home. The house has two bathrooms, open plan living space/kitchen plus utility room. There is parking for two cars on the drive and free car parking outside the house on the road. The house is situated North West of the City within easy walking distance to town, Chichester University, the Hospital, College, Sports Centre and Train Station, also offering close proximity to the country side and woodland walks.

I am a live in landlady who is seeking a professional lodger. I have shared my home fairly consistently over the last fifteen years and enjoy good conversation and the company of others, but I also respect the need for one's own space and can offer a peaceful, clean, quiet and safe environment. I am an artist and writer who mainly works from home, and presently a young female Ukraine guest lives here who is doing very well with her studies in English.
