My house is situated to the south side of Chichester but is an easy walk to the public transport links and town centre. It has good off road parking.

I am looking for 1 more lodger who can be a student or professional. A female is preferred because the other lodgers are female.

Often I am away, spending winters abroad, so you can expect to share the communal space with just two other females.

My existing lodgers are quiet and scrupulously clean and tidy. Both work hard and have the utmost respect for their environment. I am looking for someone similar.

The room on offer is double bedded with 2 double wardrobes, a drawer unit and a desk. It has a separate shower room opposite for your use, as the other lodgers have their own.

Communal space is substantial and consists of living room, dining room, snug, kitchen and outside areas to rear and side.
