Quiet double room in flat just north of Chichester

Do you love coming home to calm, clean, beautiful spaces? 🪴

If so, we might be a great fit. I’m looking for a lodger who appreciates having a peaceful haven to come home to — somewhere that feels relaxed, friendly, and genuinely like home.

The flat is bright, modern, and thoughtfully kept — a 3-bedroom space with a lovely double room available near the entrance.

You’ll have your own private bathroom with shower just across the hall, and a well-equipped kitchen nearby with a dishwasher, washing machine, and all the usual essentials.

The room itself is a small double with plenty of natural light. It has a double bed, desk and chair, a large chest of drawers, and your own fridge.

I’m sociable sometimes, but I also value quiet time, so I’m looking for someone who enjoys a friendly chat but equally respects privacy and downtime. Ideally, someone who’s clean, considerate, and responsible and who takes pride in their home and treats it with care.

The flat’s on the second floor (no lift), so a little stair climbing comes with the territory!
