Fishbourne Harbour is very close by, with a pond and lake just a 4-minute walk away. Tesco Extra is approximately a 10-minute walk, making everyday shopping very convenient.

The A27 is just a 2-minute drive away, making it convenient for commuting and getting around the area.

The Home

The bedrooms are situated on the first floor, while I, the owner, and my two friendly, fun Cockerpoos live on the ground floor.

The shared areas include the kitchen, lounge/diner, downstairs WC, driveway and garden. The house is clean, comfortable and relaxed, with all the modern conveniences you would expect, including dishwasher, air fryer, etc

The Double Bedroom

The spacious double bedroom features a panoramic window, allowing plenty of natural light into the room. It is furnished with an ottoman bed with useful built-in storage, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelf units and two bedside tables. A ceiling fan and light with remote control provide comfort and convenience throughout the year. The door has a lock for your privacy.

The bathroom featuring a hot powerful shower over the bath, storage and a heated towel rail. The shower is used by myself, the owner but you will have your own use of the sink and WC.

Bills Included

All utility bills are included in the rent, including Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, Council Tax, water, TV licence and window cleaning.

I also regularly clean the communal areas and look after the garden.
