We have a self contained annex with own private entrance available to rent. It will be available from 6th July for short or long term let.

Includes separate bedroom with wardrobe. Living area with sofa and dining table. Separate modern shower room. Kitchen area with countertop oven and large fridge. All bills included apart from council tax which will be paid directly by you at around £100 per month.

We are looking for single occupancy only. Annex is attached to our family property so looking for someone who is respectful. Would suit professional. One month deposit and one month rent to be provided to move in.
