Bus stop within 2 minutes walk . Main house occupied by myself and my wife - who works from home . Looking for one tenant only , no couples . No working from home . Any tenant will be expected to be out of the house during working hours Monday- Friday . Month by month rental , initially. ideally looking for someone short term, who is working in Chichester on a temporary basis or working contract and prefers a space that offers complete comfort and privacy that a hotel cannot offer . An example of our previous lodger that worked very well - was a site manager, in Chichester on work for 3 months and went home to family each weekend . And used the space as a temporary base .
