Walking distance to Chichester university, St Richards hospital and good access to Rolls Royce .Convenience store and post office at the end of our road. on road parking with no parking restrictions. Main house occupied by myself and my wife - who works from home . Looking for one tenant only , no couples . No working from home . Any tenant will be expected to be out of the house during working hours Monday- Friday . Month by month rental , initially. Would ideally suit someone who is working in Chichester on a temporary basis or working contract and prefers a space that offers complete comfort and privacy that a hotel cannot offer . No pets .
