The house is conveniently located within easy reach of the city center, gym and local stores

All bills are inclusive, in addition to things such as toilet paper, cleaning products etc..

Fully functional kitchen with boiler, washing machine, clothes dryer, cooker, steamer, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, waffle maker, fridge, freezer, utensils etc..

I am looking for friendly, tidy, hygienic housemates who value a clean and tidy environment. Working professionals preferred. No remote jobs from home workers. No smoking/vaping.

This is a shoes off indoors household, but there are two shoe stands where you can store your footwear.
