This newly refurbished garden suite adjacent to our Edwardian house, with key coded private entrance, offers a tenant a spacious bedroom , with large private shower room and lounge/dining room, overlooking our beautiful well stocked garden. The suite is equipped with a Smart TV, mini fridge, dedicated work/vanity station and double bed . The suite is located in a quiet residential road within walking distance of the city. A regular bus goes into the city with a bus stop at the end of our road . There is on road parking with no parking restrictions. There is a mini kitchenette with kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, drinks/wine cooler fridge. Possible use of washing machine , dryer etc . Our previous tenant provided his own microwave and air fryer to use in the kitchenette , so he could be completely self contained . We have our resident Golden Retriever- who is super friendly, so any tenant will have to like dogs , although she’s trained to not enter the your private garden suite , you may meet her in our walled garden or when using the kitchen.
