A regular bus goes into the city with a bus stop at the end of our road . There is on road parking with no parking restrictions. There is a mini kitchenette with kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, drinks/wine cooler fridge. If required use of fully fitted kitchen, washing machine and dryer kitchens and washing machine. Alternatively our previous tenant provided his own microwave and air fryer to use in his kitchenette area , so he could be completely self contained .
This is a quiet space , only suitable for a single tenant , who enjoys a calming atmosphere . Any lodger would be required to be in full time work. A beautiful peaceful Oasis. .
