Fantastic room in beautifully furnished flat

One double bedroom, suitable for a young professional.

Living arrangement would be by ‘lodger’ conditions

We are a couple and are moving out of our two bedroom, two bathroom flat. The rental is for one bedroom, but you would essentially have the whole flat to yourself. We would likely only come to the flat to check on things and maybe stay 1/2 nights a month.

There would be a private bathroom for the lodger, which has a shower and bath.

We have spent a long time making it a really nice flat to live in, so we are looking for someone who will look after the place.

We are doing all inclusive rent to make it easy for any lodger.

Includes a parking space, locked bike store, garden areas and a lovely flat!
