This is a friendly household, who often socialise together. They have a mixture of interests including music, running, water sports, baking and travel. They often BBQ together in the summer and watch movies in the evenings.

ALL bills are inclusive - gas, electric, water, council tax, TV license, Broadband & Sky TV. A cleaner also visits fortnightly to service the shared areas. The landlord does not have a cap in place for the all inclusive gas and electricity bills, and will not control the heating remotely!
The landlord is an accredited member of the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) and is committed to upholding rigorous standards for health & safety and maintenance. Your deposit will be protected in a government approved scheme (DPS) and you will be provided with a contract for your tenancy. You will not be charged any referencing or application fees.
