City centre Professional house share.

This is a lovely clean and tidy, friendly house for young professionals. It’s in a fantastic location close to theatre, hospital and shops, a short walk into town at the north of the city.

All bills are included and the shared areas cleaned regularly.

The room is bright with a private toilet and shower , double bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves.

There is Broadband internet throughout house and smart TV in shared lounge/kitchen.

There is a sunny garden to enjoy with bike shed.

This house would suit a recent graduate or professional moving to Chichester. Please contact me if you are interested, and let me know how old you are, what profession you are in, and where you are working etc. I need this information if you want me to respond.

Sorry no couples.
