Chichester city centre is 15-20 mins walk away.
Parking is fairly easy here as there are currently no parking restrictions in this area., and there are buses into town from here every half hour.

The furnished room includes a comfortable double-bed with underneath storage, a dressing table/desk and chair, bookcase, full length mirror and flat screen full-HD internet-enabled Smart TV for Netflix etc.
The room has a dehumidifier for drying clothes quickly.

Full-fibre WiFi exists throughout the house and garden.

You will be sharing an attractive, spacious bathroom with one other female lodger.

Downstairs you have use of the open-plan kitchen and dining area which includes comfortable seating, washing machine, ice-dispenser, microwave, toaster, air-fryer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, etc.

Outside, there is comfortable seating in the relaxing south-facing garden.

We would prefer a tidy and friendly female lodger to join us as the other flatmate is female and you will be sharing a bathroom with her. We also have a quiet and friendly pet cat.
