We have a lovely spacious first floor room coming available in this fabulous professional house share a stone's throw from the city centre. The room is has an ensuite shower room. Single occupancy only; PLEASE, no couples, students or pets. Also please note age preference of existing housemates.

The house has been designed for young professionals looking for easy luxury living with all the bills included in the rent (including council tax). Delightful additional side courtyard BBQ garden area. 3 minutes walk from Chichester's station, bars and restaurants, and shops. The current housemates are really friendly and often have tv nights in together or go out in the city centre for birthdays etc.

The Rooms
Our rooms are comfortably furnished with plenty of storage including wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and bedside drawers. Wifi access to fast broadband included and a CAT6 ethernet connection point too. There's also a TV point in the room in case you want to bring your own TV.

Your Home
The kitchen is fitted with a large range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezers and plenty of individual cupboard space. Once you've rustled up your perfect meal, there's a large table and seating. This bright and airy open-plan room also has space for a large leather sofa, easy chair and a flat screen HD TV for the perfect night in.

There are 2 outside seating areas, and a large frontage means lots of off-street parking. However a new housemate will need to buy a parking permit depending on the spaces available.

A weekly cleaner keeps the communal areas fresh and a monthly maintenance visit outside means everything is kept tidy.

Location
Just over the road from the City Gate Leisure Park, to the south of the City Centre, the house is minutes from Chichester station and the Canal Basin. If you work in the city centre you'll be able to walk to work. The A27 is within easy reach for those who have to commute to work.

Young professionals, carefully selected and reference checked. At the moment we have a foodie, two designers, an engineer, an entrepreneur, and an occupational therapist. We take care to try to match housemates to make our houses your home. Sorry strictly no couples or students.

The Boring Stuff
Minimum 2 months stay
One month's rent in advance.
Damage deposit £600 lodged with DPS.
All utility bills, broadband and single house council tax (band E) included.
TVs in the bedroom require separate TV licence.
All applicants will be subject to a referencing process which they must pass in order to secure a tenancy.
