Double room in newly renovated friendly home

We have a small double room to rent in our newly renovated home. All bills included, WiFi etc. All appliances dishwasher, washing machine. Lovely garden for enjoying a glass of wine on an evening. We have 2 very friendly labradors who like nothing more than a belly rub and will give you the nicest of greetings when you come home from work. We are all shift workers at the airport, so would suit someone similar.
Room looks over small woodland, house is a 2minute walk from the number 10 & 20 bus routes. Very friendly live in landlords.
