The room is in a shared house with easy access to Manor Royal, Gatwick Airport and walking distance to Crawley Town Centre. Perfect for long haul crew or a Monday to Friday let.

This is a newly-decorated, furnished room in a quiet well-kept house with myself and two others. Shared access to the kitchen and bathroom, as well as your own living area.

Utility bills are also included in rent; including broadband internet and FreeView tv in the living area.

There is communal parking available and a sunny garden available for your use.

Rent for Monday to Friday let is £300 per month with a £150 security deposit.

The room is available from 2nd sept onwards. Minimum term 2 months.
