I have a double room available to let for a single professional. The house is well decorated and well maintained and is in a secure gated development within 15 min walk to town centre and bus/train stations. The bedroom is double aspect with views to the rear, furnished with built in wardrobes, dressing table/ desk and double bed. The kitchen has a double oven, six ring gas hob and extractor, dishwasher, wine fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There is a downstairs W. C and bathroom with power shower as well as a well appointed living room. The rear garden is well maintained with BBQ and dining area, ‘sun trap’ patio area with water feature and lawned area.

The only thing a potential tenant needs to bear in mind is that I have three very friendly dogs so please do not apply if you are not a dog lover.
