I live in a modern two‑bedroom flat on Commonwealth Drive, Crawley, and I’m looking for a professional lodger for a furnished double room with near‑private use of a luxurious bathroom. The rent includes all bills and high‑speed broadband.

The flat is in a secure, well‑maintained building with CCTV entrance. It’s a quiet, uncrowded home — you would be sharing only with me. The room has its own lock (inside and outside), and you’ll have full access to the kitchen for cooking.

I’m a professional male, easy‑going, quiet, friendly, and respectful of privacy. I’m vegetarian and would prefer someone vegetarian if possible, though this is not essential. I enjoy socialising and outdoor activities such as hiking and trekking, but I also value a calm home environment.

The room is for single occupancy only. Based on past experience and compatibility with the peaceful, tidy atmosphere I maintain, I have a preference for a female professional. This is simply to ensure a harmonious and comfortable shared living space, especially as the kitchen is shared.
