We have a lovely single room becoming available in this friendly house-share for a minimum of 6 months. It is available for one person. Post code is RH11 9JB

The room overlooks a wooded area and is very quiet. It has a comfortable 4ft bed, a bedside table and a storage area.

Unlimited fibre extra broadband and all bills are included.

There are a total of 5 tenants and 2 bath/shower rooms, so no queuing for the bathroom!

The existing tenants are very friendly and will make you feel at home immediately. They are considerate and all tenants in the house get along very well.

There is a large communal kitchen and lounge and a great garden with a shed to store a bicycle, etc..
We have recently had a new beautiful bathroom installed, and there is another separate shower room and WC too.
The boiler is modern, so lots of hot water and heating. In addition there is a utility room with a freezer, storage and a tumble dryer.

You will love the fact that your rent includes weekly cleaning of the common areas.

The location of the house is ideal for those working at Gatwick, or in the town centre; the house overlooks a quiet wooded area and is also very close to Fastway buses 10 and 20, which run all hours of the day and night to Gatwick. The house is within walking distance of the local shops, bus routes, leisure centre etc.
Your housemates are professionals working in various roles: hairdressing, medical, IT, etc
