Plenty of space for a desk if working from home. Hallway has a private toilet/sink next to the room exclusive to the lodger. Shared kitchen/utility room with all amenities. Spacious shared walk in shower 1st floor.
Live in owners/landlords consisting of family of 4, 2 professional working adults, 2 children who live/sleep upstairs, 1 very friendly dog who lives at end of garden, cat in the house but stays upstairs. We are a chilled approachable friendly family, who like keeping ourselves to ourselves, but equally like going to theatre/cinema/walks/cycling and socialising. Love our online gaming and passionate about gardening, but also like our private time and will respect yours.
Parking for 3-4 cars on driveway. All bills inclusive. Bus stop at end of road giving access routes to town (5 mins away), train station and Gatwick airport on doorstep. Reference preferred. New lodger will be subject to vetting because of my work. Our current lodger is due to move out 8/9/25.
