A large double room is available to rent just three minutes walk to the beautiful Tilgate Park, located on a peaceful residential road in Tilgate, Crawley.

The house itself is a three-bed terraced, which at any time will be home to a maximum of three adult females. One of which being Corinna, who is the landlady.
The following spaces are available:
- The dining space has a traditional log-burner for those cosy evenings
- Kitchen with exclusive fridge and dry store spaces for tenants
- Spacious back garden with seating
- Free on-street parking is available. All bills included & Wi-Fi.

It's a three minute walk to the beautiful Tilgate Park, which offers leafy scenery and a lovely lake to have a stroll along.

The house is also just a two minute walk to Tilgate shopping parade, which includes a Co-op, dry-cleaners, Post Office and a variety of takeaway restaurants.
