The property is on the Number 10 bus route, which is 24 hours, and the bus is every 6 minutes, and the number 20 bus and 1 bus are also on the same route.

Single person only no couples

The room furnished with double Bed Double wardrobes and chest drews. no visitors or overnight stays. I ask that the person is respectable and clean. It's a quiet home. I ask that the tv sound is off by 10 or use headphones. And mobile phone calls to end by 10pm as other people in the house will be sleeping.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, microwave, kettle & toaster. I do ask that any cooking is done by 9pm. Use of washing machine. Washing I allow the machine to be used for two washers per week only. And food to be eaten in the kitchen at the table. No food to be taken to the room. The room must be kept clean and tidy, and it's no smoking house and room. No weed or drugs to enter the house at any time. The bathroom is to be cleaned and toilet after use. As there will be two other people in the house.. I have new carpets so shoes must also be taken off at the door.
