Modern Room Available at the Apex Apartments

Hi, I am a live out landlord and I have a double room available from July (or negotiable) at the Apex Apartments in the centre of Crawley. This would be sharing with a second lodger who is a female professional in her early 30's.

Built in 2018, this is a modern apartment with all modern appliances making for a great place to rent. The flat is recently painted and fully furnished and the double room is a great size (equipped with a new bed and amble storage).

The location is brilliant for those who commute to work from Crawley train station or work in Gatwick airport/Crawley Hospital (hospital is a short walk). Its a stone throw from the town centre however far enough away for peace and quiet.

Short-term lets are ok however the minimum term is 2 months. Couples are very welcome too (at a surcharge for increased utilities usage).
