Hi, I have a double room available from the middle of October (or negotiable) at the Apex Apartments in the centre of Crawley.

Built in 2018, this is a modern apartment with all modern appliances making for a great place to rent. The flat is recently painted and fully furnished and the double room is a great size (equipped with a nice desk, new bed and amble storage). You will have your own private bathroom and the flat is cleaned every 2-3 weeks.

The location is brilliant for those who commute to work from crawley train station or work in Gatwick airport/Crawley Hospital (hospital is a short walk). Its a stone throw from the town centre however far enough away for peace and quiet.

Minimum rental term is 6 months (however will consider shorter depending on other factors). Couples are very welcome too ( at a 5% surcharge for increased utilities usage).
