We are a quiet couple looking for a quite individual to rent this room. All bills included except food, sky tv in room, internet access, fully refurbished ensuite and parking. Use of kitchen and washing/timble dryer etc plenty of wardrobe and storage for your cloths etc
We wouldn’t want anyone apart from the person renting to enter property and smoker/vapping only outside not in room
