Large double bedroom and sole use of main bathroom

I am 48 years young, and work as a primary school teacher. I am originally from South Africa, but have lived and worked in England for 25 years now.

I live in Forge Wood, Crawley (near Gatwick airport). I own a 2 double-bedroom flat (2nd floor) so I have great views over a wooded conservation area. I am looking to rent a large double room (fully furnished). The room comes with the sole use of a bathroom (my bedroom has the en-suite).

I have a pet dog (a small, very well-behaved 10 year old springer spaniel) who does not shed and is groomed regularly. I don't smoke so my flat is clean.

There isn't a private garden, but there is a small grassy communal garden that can be used (I have 2 camping chairs that I use when I feel like a cup of tea outside, or a glass of prosecco with a friend or one of my neighbours.)

I'm looking to rent the room out for £750 a month and this includes all bills, access to Sky tv, Netflix and Disney+, excellent wi-fi. I'm a friendly person, love going for walks (there are many right on my doorstep) or pop to the nearby pub . Parking is available on the street, there are also plenty of visitor parking bays that are off-street just a 1min walk from my flat. I am also happy to discuss use of my parking space if that is a deal-breaker.

I am willing to consider a lower rent for flight attendants who are away for work regularly.
