There is a dog at the property who is very friendly and quiet most of the time, although is never there without one of us being home.

Near to bus links for Gatwick, town centre and train stations (three bridges and crawley) about a minute walk to buses 4, 5, 200 and 692.

One mile or less from locations like manor royal and crown plaza hotel.
Town centre is about 8 mins by bus.

Local shops and post office nearby about a minute (next to bus stops) or short bus trip to larger Sainsbury’s.

Parking available on roadsides around the area.

Fibre Internet and WiFi access available.

Space will be made in the fridge or we can arrange to make arrangements for a separate fridge freezer if needed.

Kitchen comprises of air frier and air frier oven and microwave plus dishwasher or sink to wash up.

Good size washing machine.

Use of most cooking utensils, pans and plates if needed and your own cupboard space in the kitchen for your dry foods or dishes etc.

We have a spare doughnut style office chair that can be borrowed if needed for working from home or general use.
