Double spacious room is 750 - furnished with wardrobe, storage space and nightstand with bed and mattress.

Plenty storage in the kitchen.

Communal area cleanning is provided by us weekly. Though kitchen and bath must be left clean after use.

Deposit is 300 returned at departure when leaving the room in same condition. All bills included. 1 month notice period.

Only single occupancy, no pets, no parties, clean after using bath, smoking only outside or in the garden.
