2 rooms with shared bathroom

We have 2 nicely refurbished decent sized rooms in the loft conversion of our 5 bedroom house. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom with a large walk in shower shared by these 2 rooms .Both rooms are semi self contained and will be complete with fridge , small freezer , air fryer , microwave , kettle , toaster ,tv etc and also their own kitchen pantry . This is mainly due to limited cupboard space in the main kitchen Although main kitchen is useable if required . Garden is useable if required but also currently under refurbishment

There will also be a 3rd room becoming available on a nightly basis around the 1st of November

There is a fastway bus to Gatwick at the end of the road 3 minute walk away . Would suit cabin crew or airport staff.

Female preferred but open to suggestions. Would probably suit 2 people who know each other but again open to suggestions

We have enough off-road parking currently for 2 cars

We are husband and wife and currently are the only occupants of this 5 bedroom house . We also have a very friendly and curious cavapoo called Mabel so obviously very important that you are ok with dogs . We both work full time although mrs often works from home meetings etc .

Peaceful area and household só looking for people with a similar outlook

We have no photos to post yet as we haven’t finished furnishing the rooms yet and would prefer them to be viewed in their full glory . Will be before the end of august

Please note rooms can be viewed early but there is still some decoration, furniture to install and carpets to go down etc ready for the 1st of September but if you’d like to check location etc feel free to contact me
