Loft room . Bathroom shared with 1 other

We have a nicely refurbished decent sized room in the loft conversion of our 5 bedroom family house .There is also a newly refurbished bathroom with a large walk in shower shared with 1 other person .Room is semi self contained and will be complete with fridge , small freezer , air fryer , microwave , kettle , toaster ,tv etc and also their own kitchen pantry . This is mainly due to limited cupboard space in the main kitchen Although main kitchen is useable if required . Garden and longe are useable if required . Bed is a small double .

Room available is the one in the photos and is for single occupancy

There is a fastway bus to Gatwick at the end of the road 3 minute walk away .

We have enough off-road parking currently for a car or van

We are husband and wife and currently have 1 other occupant of this 5 bedroom house We also have a very friendly and curious cavapoo called Mabel so obviously very important that you are ok with dogs although she is unlikely to venture upstairs . We both work full time although mrs often works from home meetings etc .

Peaceful area at the end of a cul de sac and walking distance to buchan country park we are easy going people who enjoy the quiet stress free life . Looking for people with a similar outlook on life who are willing to keep the upstairs clean and tidy etc also
