Double Rooms 5 mins from Gatwick

I live in the property with my wife and 9 year old pug. My wife and I are retired however I work part time.
You will have access to one of three double bedrooms and a shared bathroom (my wife and I have our own en-suite)
There is also two living rooms which you will have shared access to one. Full use of kitchen.
Bills and WiFi included.
All person items will be removed from rooms before renting
These is off road parking.
No overnight guests without prior approval.
We ask that you are clean and tidy and respectful.
We do have family and friends visit but they do not stay overnight.
No smoking in the house.
